Approved Aluminiers, experts in manufacturing and installation
Technal and Socotec, the no. 1 in building technical control, have joined forces to create the Socotec-Technal Association. Qualified Socotec-Technal Aluminiers apply rigorous procedures in their company that guarantee manufacturing and installation carried out in accordance with the rules of the art. The checks carried out by Technal every eighteen months and by Socotec every three years attest to the maintenance of the company's technical performance level.

The guarantee of all guarantees
At the end of the work, the Approved Technal Aluminier automatically carries out with you the “reception of the works”, a very important step which allows you, as the contracting authority, to check the quality of the work supplied. It is also the starting point for all of your guarantees - Guarantee of perfect completion: it causes the lifting of reservations in a maximum time of 1 year - Guarantee of proper functioning: as the name suggests, it guarantees the proper functioning of the structure for 2 years.- Ten-year guarantee: this guarantees the intervention of the company for the repair of disorders seriously affecting the structure. To support this guarantee, in accordance with the law, the Aluminiers have taken out decennial insurance. You can ask them for a certificate from their insurance policy. You yourself must take out damage insurance for works requiring a declaration or a building permit. This insurance saves you all the formalities (covered by your insurer) vis-à-vis companies. It allows repairs to be made following a disaster before knowing everyone's responsibilities.
